不好意思看错了,我弄错了,1和3实质是一样的。都是<span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';"><font size="2">调节较为灵敏,对塔操作有利。1和3相比较,采用3</font></span>

现在设计上大多采用方案2来设计的,通过控制凝结水,比控制进入蒸汽,调节阀操作上要灵活的多,且控制其相远比控制液相实际难度大得多,但方案2缺点如楼上所说,有时会产生一些问题,需考虑凝结水排除问题,方案3和方案一差不多吧

使用哪种方案主要和蒸发量调节目的相关,如果蒸发量调节是为了获得期望的产品纯度时,应优先考虑方案1和3,方案2基本不予考虑。因为此时调节的动态响应快是第一的。

我用过方案3,一来是为了稳定,二来也是疏水器不好选。因为疏水器有流通能力的限制,而且我们用低压蒸汽,压差也不够。
