[求助] 求次氯酸钠连续化生产工艺?

我单位次氯酸钠生产采用间歇反应生产,求连续化生产方法,还有就是连续化情况下,产品的有效氯含量如何保证?一旦有不稳定的情况发生,是不是需要重新再次反应过?最后,请教在夏季高温季节里,如何减少次钠的分解速率,保持次钠有效氯含量的稳定,

<p>其实所谓的连续生产,就是连续进料和连续出料。对于一般小的产量来说,没有必要要求连续,因为这要有很多的控制仪表和设备,用在次氯酸钠生产上不是很经济。</p><p></p>

<p>我们的产量还是比较大的,现在关键点在于反应终点如何控制的问题.</p>

<p>夏季可以考虑用深井水配次钠,水温度低,次钠就不容易分解了。</p>

1.使用ORP可以很有效的控制有效氯含量,可以采用两级吸收。
2.减少次钠的分解速率,第一是做好保温,根据经验次钠温度控制在20度以下为宜。第二,可以适当提高次钠液中游离碱的含量。

ORP是氧化还原电位测定仪,可以反映有效氯含量的高低。
