[讨论]铬钼钢炉管及管件的焊接

<p>对铬钼钢炉管及管件的焊接,SH3085中规定,如因施工条件限制难以进行焊后热处理,且炉管壁温低于425度时,经设计单位书面同意,可选用高铬镍(25Cr13Ni以上)奥氏体焊接材料进行焊接。焊前预热,焊后不热处理<br/>问题1&nbsp;&nbsp; 425度的依据是什么&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp; 2.设计单位书面同意所承担的责任是什么,是让设计人制定焊接工艺吗<br/>3.对高于425度时的炉管,不可以用更高的焊材,而不热处理吗<br/>不知大家遇到此问题都是如何解决的</p><p>4听说上述焊接工艺出过事故,不知是什么原因,如何避免</p>

<p>楼主,你所说的高铬镍(25Cr13Ni以上)奥氏体焊接材料,本人感觉好象书写有点问题,国内不锈钢材料的表示方法好象不是这样,我见过的焊接用不锈钢是:H1Cr24Ni13这种表示方法,请你查证后给予确认。谢谢支持论坛工业炉板块。</p>

<p>25Cr13Ni以上是一种当量的表示方法,焊接和热处理专业人员能够理解.</p><p>是否热处理应该是设计人员的责任.如果设计文件或相关规范规定要求热处理的,设计人员一般不会理茬.反之,是焊接工艺本身的事.</p>

<p>另:对二楼的问题,进行指正。</p><p>楼主所说的“可选用高铬镍(25Cr13Ni以上)奥氏体焊接材料进行焊接”。没有说的太清楚,应该是“可选用高铬镍25%Cr--13%Ni以上的奥氏体焊接材料”。</p><p>我所选用的A412,Cr=25.0--28.0%,Ni=20.0--22.0%</p>

焊条或焊丝应按有关规定书写。以免别人看不懂。

还有一个原因就是焊缝为奥氏体、铁素体双相组织,高温下(当然不一定是425度)焊逢的热膨胀系数和母材的不一样,如有频繁热循环会有开裂危险。限定425度的主要原因还是铬钼钢的高温回火脆性,其中以2.5Cr1Mo、3Cr1Mo最为敏感,不仅对焊逢,对母材也有温度限制。<u>设备检修时还要测硬度,重新开车时要有升温、升压程序等规定(题外话)。</u>
