Responsibilities:
 Lead process technology research with a team of other scientists and associates to develop and test new research hypotheses.
 Conduct research on the characterization of air classification and cyclone separations process technologies.
 Conduct state-of-the-art experimental characterization.
 Produce written research reports, including creative visual depictions of data and ideas.
 Manage deliverables and interactions.
Requirements:
 Minimum Education - B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related technical field of study
 Preferred Education - M.S. or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related field
 Minimum Experience - 10+ years of related experience in air classification, pneumatic conveying, or powder processing industries (with B.S.
 degree); 7-10 years of related experience in air classification, pneumatic conveying, or powder processing industries (with advanced degree)
 Minimum Field-of-Expertise
 Knowledge of and experience with air classification and cyclone separation systems
 Experience working with air classification and cyclone separation systems in laboratory, pilot plant or commercial scale operations.
 Familiarity and experience building experimental pilot plant facilities and conducting experimental test work
 Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
 Willingness to do whatever it takes to meet internal needs in a fast-moving, r*挨批唉*dly growing, start-up environment.
 Entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, collegial, and collaborative approach to work.
 High degree of organization and attention to detail; ability to juggle multiple tasks.
 Ability to write clearly and incisively about technical topics.

 A strong record of academic achievement.
 Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin and English is required
