Designed by Sinopec Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation, the device has a design capacity of 180 million tons / year, design energy consumption 2010MJ / t, operating flexibility at 60% -110% turndown. The device includes reaction - regeneration section, the main part of air handling units, fractionation part, air compressor parts, absorbing stable part of the system and the waste heat boiler steam production section. The device was commissioned on February 18, 2010, achieving an instant operatition success. A full calibration on the device was calibrated between April 15, 1-4 . Since the unit started running in good condition overall, the actual energy consumption has been lower than similar devices, but by the material balance of the whole plant, equipment and design of the actual nature of the feed value of difference between the larger and therefore affect the yield and distribution. Through the adjustment and optimization of operating conditions and to take a series of energy saving measures that can further reduce the device's energy consumption, improve product distribution.
