Objective:
He/She is working the team who is responsible for project cost controlling and scheduling, as well as document
controlling for the c*挨批唉*tal investment projects (<200 mil EU) in Asia Pacific. he will ensure that the procedures
and tools are up to date. He will manage to provide the project controllers/project planners and document
controllers for the c*挨批唉*tal investment projects. He will ensure proper controlling services including projects
reporting and project change management for the investment projects.
Main Tasks:
&#8226; Take responsible to develop and timely update the cost controlling tools for c*挨批唉*tal investment projects (<80
mil EU) in Asia Pacific in close cooperation with GTE.
&#8226; Lead cost controlling activities for c*挨批唉*tal investment projects (<80 mil EU) in Asia Pacific by providing
qualified cost controlling services.
&#8226; Follow cost controlling procedures for the c*挨批唉*tal investment projects in Asia Pacific in accordance with
BASF mandatory procedures, actively involved in updating of relevant globe procedures.
&#8226; Prepare the project reports for c*挨批唉*tal investment projects.
&#8226; Provide inputs to database of global project KPIs and EP's benchmarks, and look for areas for further
improvement.
&#8226; Follow scheduling procedures for the c*挨批唉*tal investment projects in Asia Pacific in accordance with BASF
mandatory procedures, actively involved in updating of relevant globe procedures.
&#8226; Provide assistance to the scheduling team in GTE, such as cost updating global scheduling tools.
Requirements:
&#8226; Education: Bachelor degree with major in chemical process or chemical engineering mandatory - MBA or
Master degree is preferable
&#8226; Working Experience: At least more than 6 years total work experiences; At least more than 4 years’ work
experiences in chemical and petrochemical industry
&#8226; Technical & Professional Knowledge: Proficient command of spoken and written English and Chinese
(mandarin) skills is mandatory; Skilled and experience in relevant software/tools like MS Projects, MS Office
and SAP
