【猎头招聘】BASF 成都招聘Process System Engineering manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support Study team and Client for Process& technology , upon needs communicate with disciplines and
Business Unit(BU), discuss with vendors and/or contractors;
2. Define (calculate/estimate) equipment design specification according to functional and process requirements;
3. Prepare Process-Flow-Diagram & Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (PFDs & PIDs). Develop master &
layout plans (including equipment arrangement);
4. Provide Process & Technology expertise and support to the project/process engineers;
5. Establish local know-how and market contacts in the relevant process discipline and share with other/new
project teams and BASF's Technical Community;
6. Prepare and /or Support EM in preparation of cost estimates and documents for Studies to Clients or project
approvals acc.to BASF standards;
7. Minimize investment cost and/or total cost of ownership by developing "intelligent & feasible concepts" and
using synergies to other plants and facilities (Verb und concept);
8. Represent Owner interests towards contractors, vendors, construction companies, authorities etc. for the
Process& Technology parts.


REQUIREMENTS:
1. University degree or above, majored in Chemical Processor Engineering; Master degree is preferable;
2. Above 10 years working experience in relevant engineering position in chemical company, Engineering
company or design institute;
3. Good command of spoken and written English;
4. Strong communication and interpersonal understanding skills;
5. Skilled in relevant software/tools
