本人猎头，现在为一家美资化工公司，主要做精细化学品添加剂为主的公司，现公司在中国有两个大项目，需要建立一个项目团队。目前手中有Project Manager 和Sr.Mechanical Engineer两个职位，有兴趣可以联系我，下面附上职位介绍。
Job Title: Project Manager
Candidatemust be highly motivated to manage and execute projects on a global platform. Projects could be at any of  locations with potential to expandinto other regions around the world.   

EssentialQualifications:

Bachelor's Degree –ChE, EE, ME, or CE.
Minimumof 15 years of engineering experience in the chemical/petro-chemical industrywith at least 5 years of project management experience.  Internationalexperience preferred.
Knowledge ofcontracting and contracting strategies
Ability to judge thequality of engineering and construction documents
Ability to supervisemulti-disciplined Teams
Ability to drivecollaboration across multiple sites
Thorough knowledge ofproject controls
Thoroughunderstanding of cost forecasting
Ability to prepareand analyze critical path schedules
Thoroughunderstanding of engineering and construction productivity measurement
Basic estimatingskills and knowledge of engineering and construction cost structure
Knowledge of ProjectPlanning – FEL
Basic understandingof constructability reviews
Keen focus on projectchange management
Basic knowledge ofconstruction labor planning
Working knowledge ofengineering design tools – 3D Cadd, etc.
Basic knowledge ofOSHA/NFPA Plant layout requirements.
Basic knowledge ofmaterials management, procurement, receiving, warehousing, etc.
Basic knowledge ofengineering document control
Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills
Excellent peopleskills - Customer focused
Up to 25% travelrequired

DesiredQualifications:
Knowledge of IPAprocesses
Experience with SAPProject Module and other basic SAP transactions a plus
Knowledge ofconstruction safety requirements and measurement
Working knowledge ofExcel, Word, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
