Flow accuracy curves should be obtained so meter accuracy can beanalyzed across the entire flow range. An OEM providing an accuracy specification of 0.10% of rate is not athorough enough analysis of meter accuracy. In general, mass meters are less accurate at lower flow rates.  This must be accounted for when determiningif a given mass meter provides the accuracy needed.

仪表（流量计）精度，在整个可测量的范围内，在每一个流量点是不一样的，最大流量/最小流量偏差都相对较大，文中提到的流量精度曲线应该就是这样的曲线，能在不同流量下得到（计算）流量的精度。
