KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)
- Silicone Rubber sales within Southern China Region.
- Develop local accounts to achieve big volumes target.
- Develop strategic accounts and maintaining business continuity for transplant customers from US, Europe, Japan and other South East Asia Region
- Reinforce channel management for best deployment of resources
- Implement differentiation strategy based on competitive assessment
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)
- Bachelor Degree preferred in Chemical related majority.
- Minimum 3 years sales experience preferable in rubber or silicone related business
- Good command of written and spoken English
