SUMMARY
Reporting to the Process Engineering & Laboratory Manager, the Senior Process Engineer initiates, designs, carries out and supervises projects to achieve overall improvement in plant performance, productivity, yield and reliability without compromising on quality and Health, Safety, Security & Environment.
He/she supports production and maintenance teams in solving problems relating to the process.

RESPONSIBILITIES
o Ensures that all activities carried out as well as those he delegates his staff are carried out according to laws and regulations, policies and procedures of the company and to practices generally accepted;
o Conducts studies, reports, technical projects, including the design of equipment for process improvement or changes in operating parameters.
o Performs the continuous monitoring of the process.
o Contributes to the development of management systems.
o Ensures process data and plant indicators are well-defined, accurate and reproducible.
o Identify requirements for plant modifications, managing the scope and implementation of modifications using approved standards and procedures.  
o Manages and support c*挨批唉*tal projects: review design basis, PFDs, P&IDs, participates in Hazop Assessments, commissioning and performance tests.
o Participates to the training of the production employees.
o Collaborates to solving problems relating to his/her field of expertise.
o Performs tasks relating to mandates entrusted to him/her.
o Develops production procedures.
o Contributes to the achievement of the mission of the company and adheres to company’s values.
o Provides coaching and assistance to less experienced staff.

PROFILE
Required Qualifications:
- Holds a bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering; Master Degree in Petrochemicals or Chemical is preferred.
- 5 to 8-year process experience in petrochemical industry;
Skills and Aptitudes:
- Excellent Teamwork spirit and Coaching skill
- Capacity to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationship
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Excellent skills in project / process management
- Integrity and professional ethics;
- Knowledge in process equipment design
- Good working experience with simulation software (Aspen, Hysys)
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Previous international work experience preferred
- Accept training in Overseas and binding with ¨Training Agreement”
新公司，工厂建设中，2014年开始量产，这部门的经理是西班牙人，目前要找2个Process Engineer,所做的工作基本一致，但希望其中一个有做LEADER的潜质。工厂在金山漕泾（生产苯酚和丙酮），投入生产之前，员工都是在徐家汇的五洲国际大厦上班
大化工的工艺背景，英语能交流（入职后要去欧洲培训几个月），2个空缺的月薪上限分别为20K和16K，确实好的可以再增加 ,薪资结构：12months+Bonus(~15%)+Additonal Housing(5%)+Allowance(100RMB/working day)

貌似 西萨化工的，薪资只有行业1半，确实低了点，对于高级工程师。
